Shipping policy

Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Processing times may vary during peak periods.

Shipping Time
Estimated delivery time within the United States is 10–15 business days. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, including but not limited to carrier delays, weather conditions, customs inspections, or high order volumes.

Shipping Locations
Shipping is available to the United States only. International shipping is not offered at this time.

Tracking
Tracking information will be provided once an order has been shipped. Tracking updates may take 24–72 hours to appear after shipment.

Risk of Loss
All purchases are made pursuant to a shipment contract. Risk of loss and title for items pass to the customer upon delivery to the carrier.

Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information. Orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer are not eligible for replacement or refund.

Unclaimed or Returned Packages
Packages returned due to refusal, failure to collect, or incorrect address information are not eligible for refund.
